PRIVACY POLICY

European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the “Protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of these data” (so-called “General Data Protection Regulation” or “Regulation”), provides for the protection of personal data, the processing of which must be carried out in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms with particular reference to the right to privacy.

Pursuant to art. 12 of the Regulations Pavimental s.p.a., with registered office in Roma (Rome), Via Giuseppe Donati n°174 – 00159 (RM), C.F. 00481670586, partita IVA (VAT Number) 00904791001 as Data Controller of the personal data managed through the company website www.extremerecyclingofasphalt.com (or also “Site”) hereby wishes to inform you that the processing of your personal data will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency protecting your privacy and your rights.

We invite you, therefore, before communicating any personal data to the Owner, to read carefully this Privacy Policy because it contains important information on the protection of your personal data.

In particular, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13 of the Regulations, we inform you of the following points:

  1. Identity and contact details of the Data Controller

The Data Controller of your personal data is Pavimental s.p.a., with registered office in Roma, Via Giuseppe Donati n°174 – 00159 (RM).

 

  1. Contact details of the Data Protection Manager

In compliance with art. 37 of the Regulation, the Data Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (so-called “RPD” or “DPO”) who can be contacted at the following e-mail address: dpo@aicomply.it

 

  1. Purpose and legal basis of the processing

The processing of your personal data by Pavimental s.p.a. may only be carried out for the only purpose of responding to the requests made by you by filling in the form in this “Contact” section of the site.

The legal basis for the processing is represented by the need to respond to the requests of the interested parties (art. 6 letter b of the GDPR).

Please note that for this purpose, the provision of data is optional. However, if Pavimental s.p.a. does not provide the data, it may be objectively impossible to reply to your request of contact.

 

  1. Nature of personal data processed

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of requests made by you by filling out the form in this “Contact” section of the site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the request.

 

  1. Methods of processing

Personal data are processed by automated tools for the strictly necessary time to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

 

  1. Categories of recipients of personal data

The data collected via Internet will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties not in charge.

 

  1. Retention of personal data

The personal data processed for the purposes listed in this policy will be stored for a period of time equal to 12 (twelve) months from the date of communication of such data, after which they are deleted or made anonymous.

 

  1. Rights of the data subject

You may exercise your rights under the Articles 15, 16, 17, 18 and 20 of the Regulation at any time by contacting the Data Protection Officer at the contact data referred to in point 2 of this notice.

In particular, as a data subject, you may request:

  1. access to your personal data  in accordance with the Article 15 of the Regulation;
  2. the rectification of your personal data, in accordance with of the Regulation;
  3. the deletion of  your personal data (“right to be forgotten”), in accordance with  the Article 17 of the Regulation;
  4. the restriction to the processing of your personal data, in accordance with the Article 18 of the Regulation.

Finally, we inform you that you may object to the processing of your data at any time, pursuant to the Article 21 of the Regulation, in the event of one of the situations provided for in the Article 6, paragraph 1, letters e) and f) of the Regulation.

 

  1. Complaint to the Control Authority

Finally, pursuant to the Article 77 of the Regulation, we remind you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Guarantor for the Protection of the Personal Data), if you believe that the processing concerning you violates the provisions of the Regulation itself.

 

  1. Existence of automated decision-making processes in processing

It is specified that for the processing of the above-mentioned data there is NON (NOT) any kind of automated decision-making process, in accordance with the Article 22 of the Regulation.
